• 1. Advice on the management of personal or other documents for their registration in the health system in Mexico.
• 2. Incorporation to health programs and comprehensive HIV care in accordance with official protocols and norms.
• 3. Expedite care, file opening and appointment card in cases that merit it.
• 4. Personalized attention to Central American migrants and migrants from other countries, especially migrants in transit or in conditions of social vulnerability, as well as their linkage to governmental and private social support programs.
• 5. Record of each case attended.
• 6. In no case shall immigration status imply denial of service or suspension of treatment.

Inside the Condesa and Condesa Iztapalapa Clinics there are modules of the Civil Association “Letra ESE” (https://letraese.org.mx/nosotros/ ) where human rights assistance is offered. These modules may be the first contact for migrants with HIV arriving from Central America, other countries or Mexican returnees. The modules verify the incorporation of individuals into the Sanctuary Clinic Program, as well as the corresponding follow-up of each migrant’s care.

• Human Rights Module “Francisco Galván Díaz” Letra ESE, Sida, Cultura y Vida Cotidiana A.C.: Guidance services, accompaniment in the presentation and follow-up of complaints, channeling and legal advice for discrimination or violation of their human rights.
• As-Par: Peer counseling and accompaniment CHECCOS A.C.: Counseling and accompaniment to integrate people recently diagnosed with HIV to ARV treatment. It is complemented by telephone and social network counseling, as well as workshops.
• Counseling and Diagnosis: Diagnosis of HIV, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis. Referral to the appropriate service. Delivery of results with counseling.
• Attention to Victims of Sexual Violence: Prophylactic treatment for prevention of HIV, sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy. Referral to other support services.
• Sexual and Reproductive Health and STIs: Syndromic management of sexually transmitted infections, prevention of perinatal HIV transmission and pregnancy control in socially vulnerable women, as well as prevention of pregnancy with long-term contraceptive methods.
• Mental Health Assessment: Diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders and interventions to improve adherence to treatment in people with HIV.
• HIV Care: Outpatient HIV medical care including ARV treatment according to national and international guidelines.
• Referral to 2nd/3rd level of care: Medical referral to services not available at the Condesa and Condesa Iztapalapa Clinics according to medical evaluation.
• Accompaniment: Counseling and referral to social programs offered by non-governmental and private organizations and public institutions.
• Safe Point: Personalized attention to sex workers with or without HIV.
• Harm reduction for non-injection drug users: Focused on mitigating risks and harms associated with drug use in people with HIV.
• Ponte a Prueba: HIV detection, treatment and care in prisons in the CDMX.
• Transgender Clinic: Protocolized hormone therapy for gender transformation.
