3Contact with the employer: In this phase, you will fill out basic information and make an appointment to meet with the employer and determine what the conditions of the employment will be; they can request certain documents like an employment application and a r茅sum茅.
4Interview: This is an essential point; this phase means that the employer has considered you for the position. In order to be hired, you should show the employer that you are the best option to fill the position.
5The contract: When you have reached this phase, the job is yours, and you should review and sign the document that establishes your rights and obligations as an employee. Only sign when you have no more doubts or questions.
