Defending the AU Dream Initiative’s (“AU Dream”) mission is to provide free immigration legal services to undocumented, DACAmented and documented undergraduate and graduate students who are currently enrolled in universities or colleges in the DC metropolitan area. On a case-by-case, services may extend to family members of students and International Students with humanitarian claims. Defending the AU Dream Initiative is part of the Immigrant Justice Clinic. Defending the AU Dream Initiative provides free general consultations and if possible, full legal representation to currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students in the D.C. metropolitan area, on immigration matters including, but not limited, to: DACA renewal, TPS Renewal, Green card application or renewal, Naturalization, and Humanitarian-based relief (i.e. asylum, U, and T visas).
